Griminish Play Park

Lead organisation: Griminish Residents' Association

The Griminish Residents' Association would like to have a permanent outdoor facility by the council houses in the centre of Griminish. This would be a public place where children could go to play, where families could sit outside and socialise. The desire for this is evident; the community are already maintaining an informal area for these purposes, but are unable to develop this further at present, as they do not own the site.

We are hoping to support the Residents' Association with this project, by helping with fundraising and project management. We have not yet agreed how much we would contribute to the project; our support could be financial, or practical.
